Standing in the heart of Times Square, with the bright lights and bustle of humanity surrounding me, I felt the weight of what God is about to do. As I connected with my brother Sean Feucht to announce our upcoming worship event on October 4th, I could sense this was more than just another gathering—this is a divine appointment that will send shockwaves to the nations.
A Divine Appointment at the Crossroads of the World
There’s a sign here in Times Square that reads “the crossroads of the world,” and I believe that’s exactly why God has directed us to this place for this moment. When Sean and I join forces at this strategic location, we’re not just hosting an event—we’re establishing a beachhead of revival at ground zero of distraction.
Every billboard, every news outlet, every form of entertainment in Times Square is designed to capture attention. But on October 4th, all that attention will be redirected to Jesus Christ. In the very epicenter of worldly distraction, we’ll focus the world’s gaze on the only One worthy of our complete attention.
Breaking Barriers in Places of Influence
What makes this even more significant is that it’s been officially sanctioned by the New York City Mayor’s office. While protesters and demonstrators regularly fill Times Square, this is different—this carries the weight of official permission, a sign that God is opening doors that no man can shut.
As Sean shared from Miami during our announcement, worship is breaking into unexpected places of influence. He had just led worship at Mar-a-Lago and inside the US Capitol. The barriers are falling, and now we’re stepping into one of the most famous locations on earth with full permission to exalt the name of Jesus.
What I’m Seeing in New York City
As a pastor here in New York with our V1 Church locations across the region, I’ve witnessed firsthand the hunger in this city. Muslims are accepting Christ, being baptized, and even forsaking their families to follow Jesus as Messiah, not just as a prophet. Multi-generational Hindus are accepting Christ and then returning to India to lead their families to salvation, starting revivals within their own bloodlines.
There’s something about the power of New York City, the crossroads of the world, to cause these things to happen. When hearts are transformed here, the impact echoes around the globe. That’s why what happens in Times Square sends a message to the world.
A Call to Sacrificial Participation
I want to speak directly to you who may have watched previous Times Square events go viral and felt God telling you to come, but you didn’t. Perhaps you watched Sean’s “Let Us Worship” movement touch this city, and you felt the stirring but stayed home. I believe Sean and I joining forces is a form of grace for many of you—the Lord is saying you have not missed your moment.
This is about so much more than hyper-emotionalism. There are divine calendar days in history where things happen that move the body of Christ forward. This is one of those moments.
The financial cost for this event will approach $250,000 to cover security, police, sound systems, and livestreaming capability. But as David declared, “I will not offer to the Lord that which costs me nothing.” Your sacrifice matters—whether in prayers, presence, or provision.
More Than a Concert, A Commissioning
The last time I led an event in Times Square, we had thousands in attendance, and the event was translated into many languages. People from around the world contacted me because of the significance of what happened there. But what moved me most was what happened after the worship ended.
We released thousands of people from Times Square and mobilized them to go into the streets, where they were leading people to Christ for hours—some well into the night. It was more than just a conference; it was a commissioning.
That’s the vision for October 4th as well. We believe many of you are called to come here, receive something transformative for your life, and then take it back to your communities, cities, and nations.
Join Us at the Crossroads
I believe that the date—10-4—carries prophetic significance. In old radio transmissions, “10-4” means “message received loud and clear.” Perhaps this is heaven saying that our prayers for revival have been heard.
The question now is simple: Are you fulfilling the Great Commission or just watching someone else do it online? This is your chance to get up off the shelf and join us.
When New York City is won for Christ, everything else starts dropping like dominoes. Will you stand with us at the crossroads of the world as we lift high the name of Jesus?
